Hey Wildcats,
Well here we are at the end of the first nine weeks of school. Report cards will be going home shortly. This is a time to think about your academic achievement for this quarter. Will you be proud of your grades and effort or will you be disappointed? The important thing to remember is that you can ALWAYS be proud when you work hard and obtain high marks. For those of you with low grades, it is no big secret about how to earn A's and B's in middle school. All you have to do is the work that your teacher's assign you. If you devote just one hour an evening to studying and doing your homework, you will succeed, I guarantee it! Your teachers, the instructional assistants, myself and Ms. Oriend will do everything possible to help each and everyone of you. Don't hesitate to ask. We want everyone to be successful, enjoy coming to school, to be proud of what you have accomplished and to have fun. And let's face it school is a lot more fun when your getting good grades.

I want us to share with one another what strategies you use when it comes to studying for tests, doing homework, and getting good grades. The tips you have can help all of us Wildcats. When we get everyone's stragtegies I will create a list of these awesome ideas, give you credit for submitting the idea and distribute the tips and strategies for all of our Wildcats!
Wildcats helping Wildcats! It doesn't get any better than that!

Peace Out!
Mr. K
